These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Hyena Machine Works, including embroidery equipment repair, preventative maintenance, operator training, and remote coaching. By requesting or receiving services from us, you agree to these terms.
Hyena Machine Works provides embroidery equipment repair, preventative maintenance, operator training, and remote coaching for Ricoma, Brother, BAi, and other commercial embroidery machines. Service availability, pricing, and scope are determined at the time of booking or estimate.
Estimates provided before service are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during diagnostics or repair. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work. You always have the right to approve or decline work beyond the original scope.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We do not offer net payment terms or deferred billing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Work will not be released or completed remotely until payment is received.
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Hyena Machine Works is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within that window due to our workmanship, we will make it right at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover:
Before sending a machine in or scheduling an on-site visit, you are responsible for:
Hyena Machine Works is not responsible for loss of data, designs, or settings during or after service.
Onsite service is available nationwide. Travel outside our local service area (NE Georgia / Atlanta metro) is subject to trip charges, which will be disclosed and agreed upon before scheduling. Scheduling is subject to availability and geographic feasibility.
Training sessions and remote coaching appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Remote coaching sessions require a stable internet connection, appropriate lighting, and a working video platform on your end — connection issues on the client side do not entitle a refund or free reschedule.
Hyena Machine Works' liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost production time, lost revenue, or business interruption. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on equipment unless those conditions were explicitly identified and included in the service agreement.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases where equipment presents unusual safety concerns, where the scope of work exceeds our capabilities, or where a customer relationship has become untenable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
